This policy explains how RB Thomas Limited handles personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, your suburb or town, the package you are interested in, and whatever you tell us about your bathroom. We do not ask for anything else and you do not need an account to use this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a quote request.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend and may be logged to a private spreadsheet we use to track enquiries. Our web hosting is provided by Vercel. Where we need a subcontractor to quote part of your job, we share only what that trade needs to price the work.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add website analytics we will use a configuration that does not identify you individually, and this page will be updated before it goes live.
Spam protection
Forms on this site may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare processes limited technical information for that check. It is not used to profile you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not proceed with are kept for up to two years, since homeowners often come back after planning a renovation. Records relating to work we carried out are kept for at least seven years to meet tax and building record obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Get in touch through our contact form and we will respond within twenty working days.
